There will be a local hearing in February 2010 before an Administrative Law Judge, so that your protest and/or evidence may go on record. The Town Council will post the date and time of the hearing when we have knowledge of it. The Leona Valley Town Council has obtained Intervener status with the California Public Utilities Commission, but will only use it if there is public interest and participation to do so. Contact Larry Tyler at tccprez@roadrunner.com for more information as well as with the CPUC Public Notice.
THE LEONA VALLEY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION NEEDS YOU!
